How Kelly Bradley has helped me change my life:

Over the past two years I have had the joy of working with Kelly Bradley.
Through my weekly gyrotonic and yoga sessions with her, I have learned to work and stretch my body in ways I did not know existed! In the process of working out I have listened intently to Kelly talk about healthy nutrition. I have increased my intake of leafy green vegetables, nuts, raw foods and cut out most sugars in my diet. By increasing my daily amount of exercise and ever so slowly eating better and better foods, I have become a more confident person. In March, 2008, I flew alone to the small country of Bhutan in Asia and met up with a group, climbed a small mountain – up to 10,800 feet and felt terrific at the top. This year, I am looking forward to climbing in Peru in April, 2009.

Kelly Bradley is a poster child for her work. She believes entirely in the certainty of improving our lives by healthier eating and proper and regular exercise. She is always learning, attending classes, incorporating and then sharing her knowledge willingly with others. I came to Kelly a year ago upon the recommendation of my husband who was already a client. Although I have practiced pilates for several years, I was new to Gyrotonic Exercise. I call the work we do “my dessert”. It gives me such a good feeling

I attended her “Basics of Holistic Nutrition” workshop and was overwhelmed with the ideas and suggestions she presented. Her workshop was full of new and amazing information. In fact I suggest there be several so we can incorporate her suggestions in doses. I know she is right but old habits die hard! Proof of her teaching is the good feeling and higher energy level that comes as a result of working with her and in trying her nutrition suggestions.
