These programs are accessible to a wide range of people and address the most common health issues, including low energy, stress, weight loss, nutrition, time-management and how to incorporate healthy lifestyle choices into busy schedules.
Bradley Wellness Education Programs are a fun and informative forum for the discussion of healthy living. We utilize an interactive approach to facilitate active learning and individual empowerment. This approach allows participants to engage in discussion and interact with other attendees through various exercises and brainstorming. Participants often receive handouts and other materials to further their knowledge and encourage them to take action and make healthy changes.
