I want everyone who wants to get healthy to have access to my services and information. I work with you to develop a plan that works for your budget and lifestyle. Ask me about discounts and packages that are available for many of my services.

Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy Consultation and Sessions

$150/hr

I conduct a thorough assessment of your health history, medical conditions and injuries to uncover the underlying cause of your imbalances. I develop a program that will assist the body in healing, create a balanced body and improve function. I use a whole body approach and incorporate mind body forms of exercise such as pilates, gyrotonic and yoga, into my programs.

Posture/Body Mechanic Assessment

$150/hr

I conduct a thorough assessment of your posture and body mechanics and provide you with a program that will improve your daily movement patterns and decrease the wear and tear on your body.

Ergonomic Assessment

$150/hr (travel fee will be added)

I come to your home or office and assess the space to determine an appropriate ergonomic design for you.

Exercise

Individualized Exercise Program

$150

I assess your current fitness level and work with you to develop a comprehensive exercise program that meets your goals. Programs may include: cardiovascular, endurance, strength training, mind/body (pilates, gyrotonic, yoga), breathing exercises and more.

Individualized 3-month Exercise Program

$900

Includes 2, 1 hour consultations/sessions per month or 4, 30 minute consultations per month. Exercise programs are updated every 6-8 weeks to prevent accommodation of the body to exercise.

Individualized 6-month Exercise Program

$1800; same as above for 6 months

Private Therapeutic Pilates

$150/hr

I assess your current health history, medical conditions/injuries and your current fitness level to develop a pilates program to meet your goals. Sessions are available one or two times per week. Additional home exercises are provided for optimal results.

Private Therapeutic Gyrotonic Exercise

$150/hr

I assess your current health history, medical conditions/injuries and your current fitness level to develop a gyrotonic exercise program to meet your goals. Sessions are available one or two times per week. Additional home exercises are provided for optimal results.

Private Yoga Therapy

$150/hr

I assess your current health history, medical conditions/injuries and your current fitness level to develop a yoga program to meet your goals. Sessions are available one or two times per week. Additional home exercises are provided for optimal results.

Private Combination Pilates, Gyrotonic, Yoga, Body Rolling and Therapeutic Exercise

$150/hr

I assess your current health history, medical conditions/injuries and your current fitness level to develop a program that combines pilates, gyrotonic, yoga, body rolling and therapeutic exercise and meets your goals. Sessions are available one or two times per week. Additional home exercises are provided for optimal results.

Holistic Nutrition

Holistic Nutrition Consultation

Initial consultation (1 1/2 hours) $200, Follow-up sessions $150

I conduct a nutritional evaluation based on the holistic and preventative principles of health. The nutritional evaluation Includes a variety of nutritional strategies including balanced diet, acid-alkali balance, raw foods, food combination, allergy elimination, detoxification and supplements. Based on my findings and your goals and lifestyle I develop a customized nutrition program.

Holistic Nutrition 3-month package

$900

Includes 2, 1 hour consultations per month or 4, 30 minute consultations per month, handouts, recommendations, recipes, grocery lists, resources, email support and more.

Holistic Nutrition 6-month package

$1800

Includes same as above for 6 months

Healthy Kitchen Makeover

$150/hr (travel fee will be added)

I come to your home and help you trash the crap, reorganize your kitchen and stock it with healthy foods. I make preparing healthy meals and snacks easy and fun.

Healthy Grocery Store Tour / Shopping Lists

$150/hr

I accompany you to the grocery store or market and teach you how to shop for healthy products. I teach you to read labels and find healthy alternatives to all the foods you love. I provide you with a grocery list to make healthy shopping easy and fun.

Daily Meal/Snack Planning and Eating Rituals

$150/hr

I work with you to develop meal and snack plans for you and your family. I help you develop healthy eating rituals that will improve your relationship with food.

Healthy Food Preparation- Raw and Cooked

$150/hr

Learn how to prepare healthy, well-balanced and nutritious meals. I teach you that healthy food preparation is simple, quick and fun. Options for special diets (dairy-free, soy-free, vegetarian, gluten-free etc) are available. Learn healthy food preparation for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

Holistic Health

Holistic Health Consultation

Initial consultation (1 1/2 hours) $200, Follow-up sessions $150

A Holistic Health Consultation is a comprehensive wellness assessment that will enhance your general wellness and health. Topics that may be discussed include: lifestyle, daily rituals, eating and exercise habits, career satisfaction, relationships, balanced living, mindfulness and more. I help you develop goals and an action plan to achieve those goals. Recommendations are provided at each session.

Holistic Health 3-month program

$900

Includes 2, 1 hour consultations per month or 4, 30 minute consultations per month, handouts, recommendations, holistic health exercises, resources, email support and more.

Holistic Health 6-month program

$1800 includes same as above for 6 months

Making an appointment

Call or email me at 202-320-5025 or kelly@bradleywellness.com to schedule an appointment. I will return your call or email within 24 hours. I will help you determine what services are best for you and answer your questions.

Arriving for your appointment

Please arrive on time for all appointments. Late arrivals will receive shortened treatments due to end time being the same.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of the service.

Cancellation Policy

In an effort to provide you with optimal healthcare, I reserve your session time exclusively for you. Please provide me with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment time. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged the full price of the session.

Drink More Water and Enjoy It

One of the best things you can do to improve your health is drink more water. Make it a priority to drink clean filtered water throughout the day. Add cucumber, lemon or lime slices to add flavor. Start the day with warm water with lemon to help cleanse the body. Eat loads of raw fruits and vegetables which have a high water content. If you drink caffeine remember to drink even more water to make up for its dehydrating effects.
