Kelly's Exercise Programs
Regular daily exercise is key to a healthy lifestyle. It is important to choose
forms of exercise that you love to do and that are safe for you, your fitness
level and any health issues you may have. I will create an exercise program
specifically designed to meet your unique goals and create balance in your
body and mind. Programs include a combination of forms of exercise such as
cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, balance, agility, endurance and more.
I take exercise and movement very seriously. The key to safe and effective exercise is performing the movements and activities with proper form and body mechanics. To benefit optimally from an exercise program you must focus on the movement you are performing at that moment. I provide you with individual instruction, specific details of each exercise and constant reminders of proper form. I give you the knowledge to perform a safe and effective exercise program. You will feel confident that the exercise program you are doing is specific for you and your needs and that you are doing it with correct form. I provide you with unlimited support. Drink More Water and Enjoy It
One of the best things you can do to improve your health is drink more
water. Make it a priority to drink clean filtered water throughout
the day. Add cucumber, lemon or lime slices to add flavor. Start
the day with warm water with lemon to help cleanse the body. Eat
loads of raw fruits and vegetables which have a high water content. If
you drink caffeine remember to drink even more water to make up for its
dehydrating effects.
