Learning to eat healthy means learning how to navigate the grocery store and buy healthy foods. I accompany you to the grocery store or market and teach you how to shop for whole real foods. I teach you to read labels so you can make educated choices when choosing what foods to purchase. Eating well does not mean giving up all the foods you love. I introduce you to healthy alternatives to all the foods you just can't live without.

I assess your daily schedule and lifestyle and work with you to develop weekly menus and healthy meals and snacks that fit your lifestyle. If you are on-the-go all day I will teach you snacks and meals that travel well. If you hate to cook I will teach easy techniques for preparing healthy meals and snacks.
