POLICIES
Session Cancellation Policy
In an effort to provide you with optimal healthcare, we reserve your session time exclusively for you. Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment time. 24 hours notice is 24 hours from your scheduled time. For example if you are scheduled on Wednesday at 8:30 am you need to notify us of your cancellation by 8:30 am on Tuesday. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged the full price of the session.
Workshop and Class Sign-up Policy
Your spot is reserved in a workshop or class once payment is received.

Once you have signed up and paid for a workshop or class there are no refunds.
Making an appointment
Call us at 202-320-5025 or or email us to schedule an appointment. We will return your call or email within 24 hours. We will help you determine what services are best for you and answer your questions.
Arriving for your appointment
Please arrive on time for all appointments. Late arrivals will receive shortened sessions due to end time being the same.
Payment Policy
Payment is due either at the time of the service or prior to the service.
In-home Sessions
Travel fees may apply for in-home sessions.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
BW Services, Gift Certificates and Products:
Ordering:
- All orders are processed within one to two business days.
- Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday.
- All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed.
- If ordering a BW service and you have not spoken with a BW representative one will be in contact with you when your order is processed to discuss scheduling and to answer any questions you may have.
Payment:
- Credit cards accepted include: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
If you are not comfortable ordering online:
- BW uses all of the most current internet security to keep your information secure. If you are uncomfortable trusting your personal data on the internet, please call 202-320-5025 and we will process your order over the phone.
Gift Certificates Purchases:
- BW Gift Certificates can be mailed or emailed to you or the recipient.
- Inform the gift certificate recipient to call a BW representative to answer any questions they may have on the service they have received and to schedule appointments.
- Gift Certificates expire within 1 year of the date of purchase.
Order confirmation:
- You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been processed.
Refunds:
- There are no refunds on BW services or gift certificates.
